I offer Telehealth therapy to clients in the state of California and In Person therapy in Ventura, CA

Insurance Accepted (California Only)

  • Aetna

  • Optum

  • Oxford

  • Spring Health

  • Modern Health

  • Lyra

Out-Of-Network

  • Individual Therapy - $175 per 60 minute session

  • Couples Therapy - $250 per 60 minute session

  • Group Therapy - Cost varies ($60-80) per group

Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP)

  • Yearly Subscription - $750 one time cost

    or

  • Monthly Subscription - $75 per month for at least 3 months

  • Subscription Includes:

  • Access to Unyte App and playlists for at least 3 months to a year

  • Email check ins with provider Monday-Friday

  • Additional Nervous System regulation resources to support the RRP process

    *Subscription costs do not include costs for individual therapy sessions - these will be billed through insurance or out of network (rates listed on this page)

Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)

  • Yearly Subscription - $750 one time cost

    or

  • Monthly Subscription - $75 per month for at least 6 months

  • Subscription Includes:

  • Access to Unyte App and playlists for at least 6 months to a year

  • Email check ins with provider Monday-Friday

  • Additional Nervous System regulation resources to support the SSP process
